just before 6pm on Thursday night Emergency services were called to the suspicious blaze , where you can find Dunlop Super Dealer on Knott Street suffering through the flames.

Witnesses have explained that they heard minor explosions before they saw the spread of smoke billow above.
“We heard a few sort of minor explosions just gas bottles and the like, there certainly was concern for an LPG gas cylinder on the back of the garage.
“We just came out and saw the plumes of smoke over the back and at first we thought it was the garage that was on fire,” witness Ron Watts said. [ 9 NEWS]
The mechanic business next door has a owner who sees it as his pride and joy, his sister distraught and in tears stating
“It’s cruel, it’s devastating, and it shouldn’t be happening,” she said.
Police are in early investigations, yet have motive to believe that the fire was deliberately lit.
They are calling upon anyone who may have seen suspicious behaviour in the area at the time to contact Crime Stoppers.
